Age limit: Not exceeding 30 years Relaxable for Govt. Servants and ST 5 years and OBC 3 years.
Educational qualification Essential: Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) from a recognized University.
The eligible candidates may submit their application in the following format along with attested copies of educational qualification certificates duly supported with Employment Exchange Registration Card, Proof of age as mentioned in Sec. School Certificate and address for communication duly addressed to the Director of Health Services, Port Blair on or before 15,h November, 2013.
