Academy of Scientific and Innovative Research (AcSIR) offers exciting opportunities to motivated and talented students to work in the frontier and trans-disciplinary areas of Science and Engineering.
Applications are invited for admission to the Ph.D. programmes of the AcSIR in Science and Engineering for the January, 2013 Session.
Programmes: Ph.D in Engineering
Candidates with a Master’s degree in Engineering/Technology/ Pharmacy with a good academic record who have secured Master’s degree admission based on GATE score or with a Master’s degree in Sciences with a good academic record and with a valid GATE score or UGC/CSIR NET/NBHM or valid CSIR-SRF or equivalent fellowship or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology with exceptionally good academic record and having a valid GATE score having keen interest in research in various disciplines in Engineering.
The number of seats available depends upon the requirement of the participating CSIR Laboratories.
Only online applications will be accepted through acsir.res.in from September 29, 2012 to October 28, 2012. The applicants shortlisted for Ph.D Programme are required to appear for Written Test/Interview at the respective centres. Applicants are advised to visit the AcSIR website (acsir.res.in) for further details.
