Scale of Pay: PB-3 (Rs7,100/-- 37,600/-), Grade Pay- Rs3,200/-

Qualification:
a) Passed Higher Secondary (10+2) in Science with Biology as one of the subjects of the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent;
b) Passed the Two year's Diploma Course in Veterinary Pharmacy under Board of Veterinary Education, West Bengal or its equivalent recognised by the Board of Veterinary Education, West Bengal or passed in-service abridged (condensed) course on Diploma in Veterinary Pharmacy and
c) Knowledge in Bengali or Nepali Spoken and written.

Upper Age limit- 40 years as on 01/01/2012.

Upper Age Limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for BC candidates of West Bengal and for Persons having physical disability of 40% and above is by 5 years.

Application Fees:Rs 200/- (S.C. and S.T. candidates are exempted from paying any fees. Persons with physical disability of 40% and aboveto pay a sum of Rs 120/- ).
