Job Description:
Operating tablets manufacturing machines like shifter, Multimill, FBD, RMG, Octagonal Blender ,compression and granulation .
Writing Batch processing records & Log books.
Reviewing Batch processing records.
To do proper gowning and follow discipline during the work.
To do all daily checks & documentation before the start of work & during work (as per SOP).
To operate the machine as per the SOP of respective machine and to take necessary safety precautions during the work.
To maintain and improve productivity.
To carry out and ensure the cleanliness of machine and its surroundings .
To follow in-process controls during the production as per the current SOP and do the entries in BMR.
To do the entries in records as per their respective SOP's.
Maintaining quality standards as per GMP standards.
Maintaining records and documents for audit purpose.
Desired Profile:
Diploma in Pharmacy/B Pharma Graduate
Should have good academic records.
Should have good knowledge on manufacturing process.
Should be good in communication,Analytical & Interpersonal skills.
Willing to work in bangalore.
