Job Description:
As head of the plant, the incumbent will be responsible for each and every activity of plant including production, QC, QA, Engineering, HR, Liaisoning with govt. bodies, inter -departmental co-ordination, customer and vendor dealing etc. In addition, he will lead the entire plant team with lot of initiative and drive to change the existing system to bring them in line of professionally managed organization with responsive & motivated team for achieving the set targets in all spheres on time boundation.
Candidate Profile:
B.Pharma/M.Pharma/M.Sc. with at least 15 yrs of exp. in pharma industry (production/ QA/QC etc.) including min. 5 yrs exp. as heading a large scale pharma formulation plant independently with rich exposure in latest international certifications/guidelines viz. WHO/TGA/MHRA etc.
