Job Description:

To play an integral role in the ongoing development and implementation of the vision, mission and departmental strategy that supports the VWR’s overall strategic goals and initiatives.
Be part of the team, with the primary objective of providing services to the Regulatory Affairs team and to coordinate and support the chemists of the team in dealing with chemistry and regulatory issues.
Key Responsibility Areas & Tasks:
• Support on operational realisation and chemical projects
• Support the chemical team concerning REACh, Change Control, SDS and other documentation
• Chemical data maintenance in different systems, including search for new data sources
• Contact suppliers and customers and VWR-associates
• Work on mailboxes of the chemical team

Candidate Profile:
Skills, knowledge & experience:
• Excellent English communication skills both - spoken & written, able to communicate with no-native English speaker
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools, especially MS Excel and MS Access
• Knowledge of SAP and Lotus Notes will be an added advantage
• Well organized and able to work with minimal supervision
• Should be stress resistant, flexible, and quick in problem solving
• Ability to work pro-actively, individually and also as a team
• Minimum of a Post Graduation degree in Chemistry with good knowledge and experience in lab environment
• Minimum 3 years of experience in chemical field preferably in regulatory topics like preparing Material Safety Data Sheets, Certificates of Analysis, Standard Operating Procedures, and other regulatory documents
