* Store In charge is responsible for ensuring the safe & smooth functioning of store.
* Under minimal supervision, manages the operations of store, implement policy & procedure and supervise the store staff.
* Responsible for Store management, Stock management, Cash management.
* Responsible for achieving the business targets.
* Ensuring good Interpersonal Relationship with the colleagues / Customer.
* Computer knowledge – Should have good computer knowledge, working knowledge on retail software would be preferred.
* Communication- should have excellent communication.
