Job Requirements/Qualifications:
Responsible for leading, guiding, mentoring & coaching the team of Med Rep’s for achieving & exceeding budgeted sales on consistent basis.

Responsible for building up cohesive team and developing conducive work environment into high degree of motivation to excel in the performance. Ensuring implementation of various strategies to build up the company brands

B.Sc / B.Pharm (MBA Prefered), Minimum 2 years of experience as a 1st line Manager with experience in General Division. Experience of local markets essential.

Maximum Age - 37 years. Good Communication and personality.
