POSITION PURPOSE
A brief summary of the purpose this position must fulfill.
This position will provide support for and direct engagement in the development of standardized GMP training systems throughout Mylan. The successful candidate must maintain current knowledge of new and/or revised regulations and industry best practices; oversee process design and process improvement initiatives towards achieving integrated, streamlined and efficient global processes; collaborate to ensure adequate administration and oversight of Quality Learning Management System (LMS), and provide direction towards the development and standardization of training processes by utilization of advanced and innovative techniques.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manage the publication of periodic training and information materials
2. Assist with the creation of site specific training curricula and learning plans
3. Maintenance and enhancement of GQ Sharp site4. Development of GMP Related Computer Based Training Modules
5. Provide Instruction on IT related programs on behalf of Global Quality
6. Act as the liaison with Global, Regional and Local IT on all LMS actions and upgrades
7. Perform training needs analysis in support of GQ Training Liaisons
8. Act as a classroom instructor when required
9. Establish/ Maintain Training related metrics electronically
10. Provide innovate, efficient solutions for delivery of training modules
11. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
The qualifications listed below are representative of the minimum knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
KNOWLEDGE
Must possess in-depth knowledge of all major regulatory requirements including U.S., E.U., Australian, Japanese, WHO, PIC/S, and ICH regulations and guidances. Must be knowledgeable of cGMP trends and. A formal trainer qualification is desirable.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Experience in instructional design, education, training or equivalent expertise is required. Effective written and oral communication, collaboration/negotiation skills and proven record of being an effective team player are required. Knowledge of and direct experience with a LMS system is required. Experience with software applications utilized for Newsletter/Flier design, development and maintenance of an electronic learning library is also required.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and minimum of 6 years of experience. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
