Post: Executive- Training

Job Description
· Developing & updating an in-depth knowledge relating to technical areas & concepts applicable to the location viz. chemistry/ harmaceutical fundamentals of various activities (Production/ QC/ QA/ Safety/ Engineering etc)
· To undertake training need analysis for identification of training topics w.r.t technical & soft skills/behavioral topics.
· To conduct Induction & Shop floor training sessions for new recruits
· Follow up sessions on SOP Training as and when SOPs are changed
· Conducting refresher training on ICH Q7A guide lines
· To maintain training records for each employee on on-going basis
· To develop tools to check the training effectiveness for the trainings imparted in recent past
· To develop & regularly update a databank of technical questions & answers which would be used in test papers/discussion/brainstorming sessions to be evaluated by concerned SMEs ( subject matter experts).

Candidate Profile:
Education: MSc/ B.Pharm/ M.Pharm with additional qualification in operations management/ HR/ Training
