Government of Haryana invites Pharmacist - 7 posts | Freshers may apply

Govt. of Haryana has set up a new Medical College at Khanpur Kalan in District Sonepat. It is a Govt. College for girls. Posts of ancillary services are lying vacant on regular basis in BPS Government Medical College for Women, Khanpur Kalan, Sonepat. Applications on the prescribed form are invited for the following posts of ancillary services:-

Post: Dispensary Services- Pharmacist 7 (5 Gen, 1SC, 1BCA)

Qualification:
Matric with Science (Physics and Chemistry)
(ii) Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized Institute;
(iii) Registered as Pharmacist with Haryana Pharmacy Council;
(iv) Knowledge of Hindi upto Matric Standard;

Pay scale: 9300-34800+3600

The application form can be collected from the office of the undersigned on all working days by cash payment of Rs. 200/- (Rs. 50 for SC/ST) for which demand draft is not needed. The downloaded form must accompany demand draft of Rs. 200/- (Rs. 50 for SC/ST) in favour of Director, BPS Govt. Medical College for Women, Khanpur Kalan, Sonepat, Haryana payable at Gohana. The application complete in all respect must reach the office of Director, BPS Govt. Medical College for Women, Khanpur Kalan, Sonepat, Haryana, latest by 04.06.2012. Incomplete applications or those received after the last date for any reasons including postal delay will not be entertained and shall be summarily rejected. The Institute may short list the candidates based on certain criteria if the number of applications happens to be large for any category. The number of posts may increase/decrease. Those who are in service should send their application through proper channel or submit NOC from the employer at the time of interview otherwise they will not be allowed to appear in interview. Reservations of posts will be for Haryana Residents only and as per the reservation policy of State Government.

Note:- For the post of Casualty Medical Officers Demand Draft of Rs. 500/- in favour of Director, BPS Govt. Medical College for Women, Khanpur Kalan, Sonepat, Haryana payable at Gohana must accompany the application form. The application form can be collected from the office of the Director, BPS Govt. Medical College for Women, Khanpur Kalan, Sonepat, on all working days by cash payment of Rs. 500/- (Rs. 250 for SC/ST) for which demand draft is not needed. The application without the Demand Draft will be rejected.

Note:
No person shall be appointed to any post in the Service by direct recruitment who is less than 17 years and more than 40 years of age on the last date of submission of applications, provided that the State Government may in the case of persons with outstanding qualifications and experience and in the exigencies of smooth functioning of the new college, relax the age limit. Relaxation of age for categories is as per Haryana Govt. Rules.
1. The qualification & experience will be counted up to the last date of receipt of
applications.
2. Last date of receipt of applications from remote area is 11.6.2012
3. The candidate already in Govt./ Semi Govt. / Corporation or Autonomous Body Service should apply through proper channel and he / she send an advance copy of the application to avoid delay but the application through proper channel must reach in due course of time.
4. The candidate who is in service will have to produce “No Objection Certificate” from his/ her parent department / employer at the time of interview otherwise he / she will not be allowed to appear for interview.
5. Submission of incomplete application i.e. without attested copies of testimonials/academic career, experience certificate/ attempt certificate may render the candidate in eligible
6. Number of posts is liable to increase or decrease.
