Job Description:
Lubrizol Management expects development of prototype formulations specific for the region while the regional customers expect fast and speedy formulation development and trouble shooting of their problems. The Sales and Marketing team expects Technical Support in various activities.
Upkeep of the Laboratory, Stores and the Literature
To keep the laboratory and the equipments in ready to use condition, to manage the stores and to maintain the Personal Care technical database. To keep the laboratory and the equipments in ready to use condition, to manage the stores and to maintain the Pharmaceutical Literature Database.
Participate in trade show exhibition
*Customer Sales & marketing – Preparation for trade show & exhibition
*Hands on development of various formulations inclusive of stability studies and scale up and other technical projects related to our products.
*Demonstration to customers
*Technology transfer to customer location
*Interacting with local Sales & Marketing team and with Global TS & A team
*Documentation and filing of reports
*Laboratory and stores upkeep and inventory.
Candidate Profile:
*B. Tech/B. Pharm in cosmetology
*Strong knowledge in personal care formulations through experience on the bench and experience with product manufacturers or key raw material suppliers
*Knowledge of the polymers and additives used in personal care industry.
*Good command over English - written and spoken
*Knowledge of Computer usage.
*5 to 6 years of experience in formulation R & D of reputed Personal Care Company
*Able to take initiative and drive work to conclusion
