Job Description:
Responsible for techno – commercial coordination with TPM , TPK and Loan Licence operations , New product launch activities monitoring and reporting.
Help Enhance the product availability of sales & samples per service agreed levels month on month.
Ensure 100 % product availability for Exports and all other Institutional supplies as per indnts.
Support design & deliver product supply risk mitigation through executable options ,time bound
Help performance & consequence manage the portfolio of TPM's
Drive TPM compliance programme
Support quality improvement programme
Put in place a TPM performance management plan
Support any changes in product packs , specifications , packaging data
Support product transfers
Ability to network and drive new product launches
Design and deliver cost improvement through TPM purchases
Prepare monthly , quarterly and yearly reports of Out Sourcing Operations for various departmental meetings and presentations.
Review and control all TPM agreements current/active all times for existing products and Timey enablement for new products
Candidate Profile:
6 to 8 years of experience in manufacturing , FDA approvals , SAP knowledge and project management experience preferred
B. Pharma / M Pharma with degree in Management
