Job Description:
This is the Plant Head level position for our state-of-the-art plant located near Dehradun city, Uttarakhand. The job responsibility of the incumbent includes:
Production as per targets given by the management
Various regulatory compliances
Coordinate among various departments / functions
Motivating his team
Cost saving
Optimum utilisatation of resources
Work on improvements in various technical, techno-commercial and management processes.

Desired Profile:
The right candidate should possess the following qualifications, experience and attributes:
He should be a B.Pharm / M. Pharm from a reputed college.
He should have minimum 12-15 years of experience in reputed Pharma Company (Formulation only) - Mainly on Parenteral Production i.e. SVP, LVP
He should have worked in Small Volume Parentral Section and Oral Dosage formulation, Tablet & Capsules etc.
He should be a dynamic leader of people
Must be good in planning & well known with the latest guidelines.
Exposure to face regulatory audit & regulatory approval.
He should have strong interpersonal communication skills along with good presentation skills.
He should be able and willing to motivate his team
Should have worked in a similar capacity in a reputed and quality focused pharma company
