Post: Primary Research Associate
The Primary Research Associate is the front line of our research efforts to help Vendor Strategy Professionals. The Primary Research Associate fields calls to conduct interviews with IT and business decision-makers. The position is responsible for secondary research as well as primary research to understand most disruptive and growing parts of the technology industry.
Responsibilities:
* Conducting telephone interviews with CIOs/CTOs/IT managers/business decision-makers across the globe.
* This will include making voice calls to countries like Singapore, Malaysia, North America, Philippines, New Zealand, Australia, some European countries, etc. This is an indicative but not exhaustive list of countries.
* Secondary and desk research.
* Data quality leveraging Excel and other tools.

* Proven experience in primary research in outbound calling. People from the market research industry will be given preference.
