Post: Junior Manager Formulation R&D

Job Description:
1. 5-6Yrs Experience in FR & D in developing products for domestic and ROW markets.
2 Formulation development in parenteral(Liquid injections) and solids.
3 Working with a team of 2-3 scientists.
4 Planning detailed activities related to formulations and execution of the same within targeted time limits and on cost-effective basis.
5 Optimization of formula,Process optimization trials ,Feasibility and Validation batches, Force degradation, Stability studies and packing development for smooth execution at Scale up.
6 Scaling up batches,Trouble shooting and technology transfer to production department.
7 Co-ordination with various departments like Vendor, Purchase, Production, QA-QC, Regulatory for smooth development and execution of drug product.
8 Responsible for whole process from formulation development to filling.
9 Review projects and identify early warning signals and on time escalations.
10 Prepare project plan based on formulation development strategy and risk analysis.
11 Review the report of compatibility study between API and excepients.
