Post: Manager Quality Assurance
Job Description:
To lead plant’s Quality Assurance & Quality Control team towards the goal of the organization.
To handle regulatory audits & respective compliances and should have experience in audits i.e. MHRA and USFDA
To ensure the implementation of entire Quality Management System as per cGMP.
Supervise & Investigate the Market complaints, regarding product manufacturing. Comply with all Pfizer Quality Standards applicable to products and processes to ensure minimum product complaints.
Self Motivated & Innovative with cost effectiveness. Prepare and implement cost improvement projects to achieve savings targets.
Communicate with subordinates and give timely feedback on performance.
Demonstrate and promote Pfizer core values across the site.
