Post: Project Assistant Level II
Eligible and interested candidates may attend the Walk-in-interview for engagement of Project Assistants (Level II) purely on temporary basis under CSIR Network Scheme and Grant-in-aid Projects sponsored by Govt. Agencies tenable at Central Institute of Medicinal and Aromatic Plants, Research Centre, Allalasandra, GKVK Post Bangalore-65 detailed as under.
Post 1 PA-II-Biochemistry:
Qualification: I class M.Sc Plant/ Life/ Biosciences or M.Sc Biochemistry.
Desirable: Experience in Molecular Biology protocols and Biochemical assays.
Stipend: Rs 10,000/-p.m fixed
Post 2 PA-II-Biochemistry:
Qualification: I class M.Sc Biotechnology/ Microbiology.
Desirable: Experience in yeast system.
Stipend: Rs 10,000/- p.m fixed
Post 3 PA-II-Analytical Chemistry:
Qualification: I class M.Sc Inorganic Chemistry/Analytical Chemistry.
Desirable: GC/HPLC operation/computer knowledge.
Stipend: Rs.12,000/- p.m. fixed
Post 4 PA-II-Agriculture:
Qualification: I class M.Sc (Ag.) Agronomy/Agricultural Chemistry/Soil Science/Horticulture.
Desirable: Experience in data collection at farmers’ fields, Analysis, knowledge of computer operation.
Stipend: Rs.12,000/- p.m. fixed
Terms and conditions:
• The upper age limit for all the above positions will be 28 yrs as on Date of Interview which is relaxable upto 5 years in the case of candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes and 3 years for OBC candidates.
• The positions will be co-terminus with the Network/Grant-in-aid projects against which the stipend is offered to the candidate and are non-transferable to another Project.
