Job Description:
1. Target
Promote the product range of CRITICAL CARE division.
Achieving the monthly target of all HQ’s of the region.
2. Doctor’s Call
Ensuring PSR meeting with Doctors are per the standard Visiting List (SVL)
Ensuring samples and gifts are distributed to Doctors as per the plan and other promotional inputs.
3. Recruitment
Sourcing right candidates and fill the vacancy within the stipulated time.
4. Planning
Effective planning to avoid product returns by giving priority based on the expiry date of the products.
5. Retention
Training & motivating the sales team to arrest attrition thereby increasing the sustained growth
