Job Description:
Should be working with Contract Research Organisation as an HR.
1. Executes recruitment strategies to ensure recruitment of high quality of people on time and within cost.
2. Coordinates with the various departmental management for the requirements. And also, coordinates with sources of the candidate pool i.e. head-hunting centers, colleges etc.
3. Responsible for the job posting on various portals. Collects the CVs through internet sourcing, referrals, headhunting etc.
4. Generates database of potential candidates of different profiles and upgrades it from time to time as per requirement.
5. Manage the employee referral process by fielding employee referral submissions, conducting referral phone interviews, tracking all referrals, and taking forward qualified referrals.
6. Pre-screening of candidate’s CVs etc. and sends the same to the departmental management for final scanning.
7. Responsible to conduct the initial level interviews in an organized way which includes first level filtering of candidates through the telephonic interviews and /or Face to Face interaction etc.
8. Responsible for scheduling & conducting interview(s) with concerned department heads or panel members and second level of interviews with HR.
9. Preparation of offer for the selected candidate and coordinate for confirmation of offer acceptance.
10. Coordination for activities of campus recruitment for hunting young talents.
11. Handles the post interview activities.
Candidate Profile:
MBA HR/PG Diploma in the same.
Experience: 4yrs in CRO industry only.
