Post: MRO in SCM , 3 posts
Job Description:
* Handling Service activities such as O&M of Equipments and Boilers.
* Negotiations and AMC’s finalizations
* New vendor Sourcing and Vendor Audit
* Floating RFQs and price comparisons.
* Order processing and documentation review with end user
* Organizing Supplier meet at the plant locations and performance evaluation of the service levels and grievances at every forth night.
* Sourcing operational spares for critical items. Engineering spares, Maintenance , repairs and others
* Liaising with the account and Taxation department for timely process of the payments, C forms and TDS Certificates.
* Coordinating with all internal and external stake holders for the smooth functioning of the system
* Quarterly review of the Open Orders
* Vendor evaluation and supplier audit.
* MIS reporting monthly, Quarterly and Half yearly.
