Job Description:
Attain or exceed sales budgets quarter-wise.
Ensure that all brands contribute to growth & sales objectives.
Ensure new prescriptions, customers / markets are generated for Biocon.
Developing the team to achieve the organisation objectives through proper guidance, motivation, coaching & feedback.
Ensure that each team member follows the sales systems and processes as outlined by Biocon and make them high performers.
To ensure new recruits in the team are inducted.
To address team/ BE grievances.
Identify a list of key opinion leaders in the area and develop strong business relationship with these customers to maximise sales output for Biocon’s products.
