Raichur Institute of Medical Sciences is an autonomous institute of Government of Karnataka. Over the years, the college has become one of the renowned medical institutes of the state.  It is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore and is approved by Medical Council of India (MCI). The college is known for imparting high standards of education in medicine at undergraduate level.
Raichur Institute of Medical Sciences imparts both theoretical and practical knowledge to the students and enhances their skills as well. The well-qualified lecturers associated with the college share their expertise with the students, in order to make them proficient doctors.

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for Associate Professor - Pharmacology. This post carry AICTE pay scale with admissible allowances (Revision of Pay scale awaited).

Interested candidates should attend the WALK IN INTERVIEW on dated 30.07.2011 at 10.30 am in THE DEAN CUM DIRECTOR, RAICHUR INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES, RAICHUR. Candidate should bring all the relevant original documents along with two pass port size photos. The appointing authority shall have the right to accept or reject the appointments of any candidature without assigning any reason. The number of posts may be increased or decreased as per the decision of the appointing authority. These appointments will be made as per merit cum reservation roaster of Government of Karnataka.
