- Understanding benefits of all products and effectively communicating them during the sales call and increasing product awareness.
- Meeting the doctors in agreed matrix.
- Organizing SCPs
- Customer Relationship Management.
- Discussing future plans with the Scientific Sales Manager thereby taking initiatives to provide strategic ideas thereby being a part of decision making process for the company’s growth.
- Adhering to the value system of the company thereby ensuring behavioral conduct focusing on vision, mission and values of the company.
