Job Description:
Maintain Plant Cleaning Everyday.
Issuance and receve Batch Manufaturing Record (BMR) fr QA department.
Issuance of Raw Mateirial from Raw Material Store as per BMR. Check and ensure that Raw Material, Packaging Material and Cleaning Material is received as per requirement mentioned in material requisition slip from warehose and keep it to the designated area in plant.
Maintain the Process parameters as per BMR. Keep the BMR updated for on-line production activity.
Maintaining Usage, Cleaning& Maintenance log book of different equipment. Daily Calibration of electronic weighing balance. To Carry Out the Cleaning procedure of all the equipment .
Compliance with the cGMP & safety norms. Fill up all the Register on-line
To ensure timely preventive /Break down maintenance of equipment.
