Post: Formulations Scale up Specialist

Job Description:
* Calculation of optimal batch sizes for PE & Exhibit batches
* Understand & monitor PE and Exhibit batch.
* Execution of pre-validation and validation batches.
* Trouble shooting during validation batches
* Preparation of summary reports for exhibit batch, prevalidation and validation batch
* Anticipating and address scale up issues.
* Technology transfer & ensuring training in transferred process to mfg team.
* Preparation of scale up batch production report, sampling protocols & stability protocols
* Review of stability data of lab scale batch.
* Execute worst case studies (after lab scale & before PE)
* Calculation of optimal batch sizes for PE & Exhibit batches
* Understand & monitor PE and Exhibit batch.
* Execution of pre-validation and validation batches.
* Trouble shooting during validation batches
* Preparation of summary reports for exhibit batch, prevalidation and validation batch
* Preparation of master Batch Production Record for commercial batches.
* Anticipating and address scale up issues.
* Technology transfer & ensuring training in transferred process to mfg team.
* Providing inputs for area design (pilot plant, etc.)
* Preparation of scale up batch production report, sampling protocols & stability protocols

Candidate Profile:
• M.Pharm / M.Sc in Pharmaceutics from reputed institute with Minimum 2-6 years experience
• Scale up experience of Injectables or Sterile products
• Past should have good experience in Solid Dosage products
