Job Description:
Graduate, MBA in HR Min 6yrs of exp. handling HR, IR & admin & payroll process in API Pharmaceutical industry handling Field HR & Proactively supporting Sales & Marketing as well as plant HR including Admin, IR for plant employees.
Candidate will be responsible for handling Field HR & supporting Sales & Marketing .His KRA's would be Talent Hiring, Performance Management, Co-coordinating Training & Development activities, Prompt response to Field staff & Controlling Attrition. Also he will responsible for Plant admin & co-ordination, Man Management, dealing with Govt. Officials, Unions, handling IR issues like labour laws ,contract labour etc.
