Post: Institutional Sales Manager
The incumbent should be B. Sc. / B. Pharm., preferably M.B.A. in Marketing, having experience of 10-15 years in Pharma. Industry, in the age group of 35-40 years. The candidate should have exposure in Marketing & Business Development in the field of Institutional Sales. He should be self driven with quantitative & qualitative skills, ensuring delivery of commitment with a team of professionals. He needs to be analytical & thoughtful with a relentless drive to achieve the objectives of the Organisation.
He needs to lead & guide a team of professionals engaged in Institutional business. He needs to provide daily, weekly & monthly feed back to the Management in respect of Institutional Marketing activities & should have effective verbal / written communication & presentation skills.
The compensation & benefits will be commensurate with qualifications experience.
