Overview of the Role
You will work in a team environment to provide assistance to the Call Center and Project Leader to ensure a high level of Customer Service/Support and Quality Systems.
You will to resolve critical /complex call center requests via telephone, web or fax.
You will be responsible for preparing project summary reports and analysis related to project support activities.
You will keep management informed of activities in relation to both quality and customer service.
Role Requirements
You will possess a Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience.
You must proven work experience in this field.
You must have the ability to successfully manage multiple tasks, meet timelines and liaise successfully with both internal and external clients.
