Post: Research Associate [one] and Lab attendant [one]
Applications are invited for one posts of Research Associate (RA) @ Rs 11,000/-p.m. + HRA (permissible), and one post of Lab attendant (LA) @ Rs 7000/- p.m. to work on AYUSH sponsored project entitled "Study of protective and healing effects of. Aegle marmelos, Terminalia. chebula and Azadirachta indica on experimental models of ulcerative colitis in rats" sanctioned for a period of three years. The posts are purely temporary and co-terminous with the project.
For RA the candidate should be MD (Ayurveda) / M. Pharm. (Pharmacology, Pharmacognosy, Pharmaceutics) or equivalents from a recognized university with 55% marks. The upper age limit for joining is 28 years with 5 years relaxation for females and SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates. Candidates with experience in the area of project or related field will be* preferred. All qualifications being equal, SC/ST & OBC candidates will be given preference as per the GOI rules.
For Lab attendant candidate should be Intermediate (Science). Upper age limit is 30 yrs (Relaxable upto 5 years for femalc/SC & ST and 3 years for OBC candidates). Upper age limit can be relaxed for candidates vyith relevant experience as per university rules. All things being equal, Female, SC/ST and OBC candidates shall be preferred as per GOI rules.
