Job Description:
- Recombinant strain development for expression of various enzymes in bacteria, yeast & fungi.
- Carry out molecular biology work such as gene isolation, vector construction, transformation, screening, expression studies, etc.
Candidate Profile:
- Degree in Molecular Biology, Genetics or Biotechnology.
- Experience in rDNA techniques such as gene isolation, vector construction, protein expression studies, etc.
- Must have worked with recombinant expression system - Bacterial, Yeast or Fungi.
