Job Description:

Brand Management and developing marketing strategies to built them.
-
Responsible for new product launching in different areas.
-
Designing Strategies-Territory/Customer Segment Wise.
-
Planning,Designing and Selection of inputs for product promotions.
-
Analysis of Sales,Profitability and Revenue.
-
Develop non-performing territories and motivate the performing territories to over perform by announcing schemes and incentives.
-
Fieldwork to develop the territories and to understand the market dynamics and demand,identifying market opportunities for brand building.
-
Handling Doctor Interaction/CMEs.
-
Prepare strategies for existing and new products,after analyzing the market trend.
-
Monitor campaigns for sales promotion.
-
Train,Motivate and guide the field force to ensure the continuous growth of the brand.
-
Sending regular motivational circulars to the field staff & business partners.
-
Prepare M.I.S reports and annual product budgets in coordination with sales and purchase team members.
-
Prepare Annual Budgets of Division for approval.
-
Finalize the strategies to make brands more profitable.
-
Coordinate with distribution department for allocation of products.
-
Offer target costing to purchase department for products and work/rework on products strategy.
Candidate Profile:
Must be a B.Pharm or M.Pharm.
Must hold good experience in printing or advertising agency of pharmaceutical nature/industry.
Monitor campaigns for sales promotion.
A self starter with tenacity and readiness to learn.
