The Housing Development Finance Corporation Limited (HDFC) was amongst the first to receive an 'in principle' approval from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to set up a bank in the private sector, as part of the RBI's liberalisation of the Indian Banking Industry in 1994. The bank was incorporated in August 1994 in the name of 'HDFC Bank Limited', with its registered office in Mumbai, India. HDFC Bank commenced operations as a Scheduled Commercial Bank in January 1995.

Job Description:
Acquisition of new customers for Liability Products.
Responsible for achieving productivity targets for CASA numbers & Value
Deepening the existing customers relationships through cross selling
Retain & upgrade banking/liability relationship of existing infra clients
Maintain monthly & quarterly sales activity plan
Regular Branch visits/support in sourcing asset business for Infrastructure Segment customers in its vicinity
Manage and track the leads from retail branches for Infrastructure Finance
Guide and mentor the team for achievement of targets
Candidate Profile:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Art, Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Computer Application, Bachelor of Engineering/Technology, Bachelor of Law, Bachelor of Pharmacy, Master of Art, Master of Commerce, Master of Computer Application/Computer Science or Master in Business Admin/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration/Post Graduate Program in Management in any field.
Required skill(s): Good Communication, Negotiation Skills.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Managers specializing in Banking / Financial Services or equivalent. Job role in Others or equivalent.
