Naari AG is a Swiss pharma company focused on female hormones. We have two plants one is Kashipur which is API unit called Indo Phyto Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. (wholly owned subsidiary of Naari) and formulation unit is in Rudrapur. We have subsidiary & Front end marketing in CIS Countries , Russia , Ukraine that is headed by Mr. Manfred Paul.(Ex. M.D of Bayer). We have contract development partnership in Spain. For Diagnostic we have Contract Manufacturing in China (Approved by EU). We have numerous Mktg & Dist. Partnerships in North America. Our company has spent last 24 months in developing 20 ANDAS/Dossiers & 24 DMF out of these we plan to file 4 DMF & 6 ANDAS (Bio equivalence completed) in 2012. Our plant passed pre inspections by WHO Geneva , European & Americans. We also have corporate office and R&D Centre for API in NOIDA.

Job Description:
1.Responsible for day-to-day activities on various jobs.
2.Responsible for routine and non routine qualification and validation activities.
3.To execute preventive / predictive maintenance.
4.To prepare monthly shift schedule for Technician.
5.To guide technicians on the job and train them.
6.Vendor development and inventory control.
7.To follow various pending jobs, follow up with service contracts and other contractors.
8.To record utility consumption.
9.To supervise contract jobs and project jobs.
10.To ensure utilities are operated effectively and efficiently.
11.To suggest any change, Modification, Renovation required for cost saving, increase in productivity,beneficial to production & easy maintenance.
12.To maintain history cards and relevant records.
13.To maintain quality record.
14.To implement the instrument calibration, equipment qualification as per the annual plans.
15.To co-ordinate and interact with other department.
16.Responsible for engineering department in absence of manager engineering.
