SALES MANAGER
You will be responsible for developing and implementing aggressive and critical action plans to contribute to achieve the sales objectives. You will also be responsible for brand establishment, development, training and motivation of a highly competent team of Field Managers and Medical Representatives.
Candidates below 38 years of age and having a minimum of 4-6 years experience in the same industry in similar ranks or as Second Line Managers and having a strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements may apply at the earliest.
SR. PRODUCT MANAGER/ PRODUCT MANAGER
The job involves marketing our Brands, including developing promotional strategies & tools, budgeting, sales analysis, training, looking for newer avenues for product portfolio expansion and increasing the market share & profits and to motivate a highly competent team of Brand Managers for the Diabetix division.
The candidate should be B. Pharm / M. Pharm or Science Graduate / Post Graduate with Degree / Diploma in Marketing from a recognized institute. 2-3 years experience with excellent track record in similar position in the pharma industry. Age not above 35 years. Compensation will commensurate with qualification & experience.
