Job Description:
• Working exposure to concepts like DOE, QbD
• Involvement in
- Route Selection
- Modelling and Simulations
- High Throughput Technologies
- Process Validation/Registration
- Scale-up and Process Optimization
- Plant Design
• Support the Strategy team in designing of strategy for development of Parentral Formulations by defining target, product profile (from cost, quality manufacturing point of view).
• Providing support to PDTs (Product Development team) in formulation development to resolve technical issues related to complexities arising from formulation perspective.
• Assist RA in addressing deficiencies or regulatory queries by providing support w.r.t receiving, analyzing & resolving the formulations related queries / deficiencies.
• Assist in troubleshooting at commercial stage along with the Launch Preparation team by helping resolve the formulation related technical issues during commercialization phase.
• Bring in new technologies & advances in Parentral formulations by attending seminars, conferences & external networking with leading academicians.
• Knowledge transfer to the domain members and contributing towards continuous learning of self & team members.

Candidate Profile:
• International PhD / Postdoc experience
• Should have number of Value of products developed and filed
• Should have number of complex challenges cracked
• Should have number of new technologies & robustness build in the system and the contribution towards organizational health building.
