Job Description:
# Review the batch manufacturing records as per scheduled U.
# To complete the set targets of manufacturing.
# Achieving set targets of daily/weekly /monthly manufacturing plan
# To maintain documents such as URS, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ and validation protocols with reports.
# Training to staff & workmen.
# Monitor and control the documents like change control, deviation, discrepancy, out of expectation, out of specification, failure investigation, market complaints etc.
# Monitoring and implementation of cGMP in manufacturing area also provide training on revised sop’s, critical process parameters and operational safety.
Team management skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Should have exposure to regulatory audits like USFDA, MHRA, ANVISA, TGA etc.
