Post: Production Manager - Soft Gel

Job Description:
Production Planning – Starts from raw & packing materials (i.e. availability / shortages & approved / quarantine), schedule for manpower requirement.
Leading Production team to carry the production activities & achieve targets monitoring of routine Production operations, meeting Production targets.
Hands on shop floor experience of working in soft gel.
Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Q.C., and Q.A. for the availability & release of raw & packing materials.
Deftness in handling proper documentation as per requirement of Quality Management System of the organization in line with cGMP requirements.
Carry out technical & management responsibilities in day-to-day production activity.
Preparing SOP and implementing effective techniques to bring efficiency improve quality standards & achieve maximum cost saving.
Preparation & implementation of GMP related documents, Monitoring of cGMP aspects in shop floor, online completion of batch records & GMP records.
