Job Description:
- site selection, initiation, interim monitoring, and close out visits in accordance with contracted scope of work and GCP's.
- site management and documentation
- communication and establishing regular lines of communication with sites to manage ongoing project expectations and issues
- evaluating and maintaining quality of all inhouse documentation
- evaluate study site practices related to the proper conduct of the protocol and adherence to applicable regulations. Escalate repeated quality deviations and issues to Sr. CRA/PM/Manager
- tracking the progress of assigned studies e.g regulatory submissions and approvals, recruitment and enrolment, CRF completion and submission, and data query generation and resolution, timelines and related deliverables
follow up on monitoring visit findings and action plans by submitting regular visit reports
