Post: Trainees

Job Description:
-Manage and lead processing team and ensure that all tasks are performed according to business rules, guidelines and standard operating procedures.
-Interact with the Medical Safety Physicians on project activities in specific therapeutic areas, compatibly with the timely processing/production of individual case reports and regulatory periodic reports.
-Performing study site qualification visits, participate and conduct of IM and site initiation visits. Conduct and coordinate site study training. Resolve queries and conducting site close outs. Ensure SOP's, GCP and local regulations.
-Maintaining study documentation and files according to departmental policy and work in liaison with Data Management staff on database creation edit check specifications, data quality and query resolution.
-Ability to work on multiple projects and manage competing priorities

Candidate Profile:
-Should be Life science Graduate Fresher or experienced (B.sc, M.sc from Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry; B.Pharm, M.Pharm, BPT, BDS, BAMS, BDS) and ready to undergo Clinical Research Projects.
-Good Communication skill and Basic Knowledge of Healthcare/ Life Science Industry.
-Basic understanding of CRO, bio-pharmaceutical company with the drug development solutions and understanding of clinical research process.
-Relevant past experience within the pharmaceutical industry or medical sector or an understanding of basic statistics.
-Candidates should be comfortable working in Clinical Sites.
Must have good scientific writing ability.
