Post: Zonal Sales Manager

Candidate Profile:
1) Reporting to Sales Manager & arrange feedback on development in the area of operations.
2) Implement, review and fine-tune the marketing strategies to escalate business volumes based on zonal market needs.
3) Identification & penetration of new market segments to drive business growth
4) Devising and implementing innovative sales strategies such as seminars for successful launch of products in competitive markets and ensuring accomplishments of targets
5) Managing CFAs/ CAs to ensure company’s business norms and supervise the network of distributors/ stockist, to ensure free availability of products across all markets
6) Conducting new product launch, Field Trials, executing special campaigns and innovative schemes to improve the product mix/ portfolio
7) Conducting Team building exercises to enhance team effectiveness by motivating them & promoting a spirit of cooperation between team members.
8) Extensive Travelling & field work on regular basis.
9) Computer knowledge is necessity.
