Technical Support Executive / Desktop Support Engineer (Voice - International): Graduate/undergraduate in any discipline with excellent communication skills and Customer Service Orientation. Good knowledge of internet, trouble shooting or desktop support will be preferred. Freshers are welcome.
Customer Care Executive (Voice International): Graduates/undergraduate in any discipline with excellent communication skills and Customer Service Orientation. Basic knowledge of computers is a prerequisite.
Collection Executive (Voice International): Graduate/undergraduate with min 3 months of collections experience. Should have excellent communication skills in English.
Pharmacovigilance Officer (International): Licensed Pharmacist, Licensed Physician, Licensed Nurse. Should have Pharmacy Degree, approved by the "All India Council for Technical Education". Pharmacists should be registered with "State Pharmacy Councils".
Inbound Customer Service (Domestic): Graduates/undergraduate in any discipline with excellent communication skills and Customer Service Orientation. Basic knowledge of computers and min 6 months experience in customer service.
