Job Description:
Conducts routine analytical and compliance tasks and performs assigned maintenance activities
Major Accountability
* Performs routine testing, initially under supervision
* Uses limited technical knowledge to solve basic analytical problems
* Assists with calibration, maintenance and qualification of instrumentation in conjunction with vendors or site services, as required
* May perform method development and validation under directed supervision
* Operates within the requirements of the Novartis Quality System and HSE regulations
* Demonstrates desired Novartis Values and Behaviors
* Assesses data generated versus specification and known trends
Key Performance Indicators (Indicate how performance for this role will be measured)
* Accuracy of work/error rate
* Work rate
* Ownership of data and understanding of its impact
* Integrity with regard to quality system requirements
* Knowledge and comprehension of techniques and systems
MSc / M Pharm/Ph.D with at least 2+ years of relevant experience.
