Walk-in: Applications are Invited Under CSIR Project for the Post of Technical Assistant in University of Delhi

The University of Delhi is the premier university of the country and is known for its high standards in teaching and research and attracts eminent scholars to its faculty. It was established in 1922 as a unitary, teaching and residential university by an Act of the then Central Legislative Assembly. The President of India is the Visitor, the Vice President is the Chancellor and the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of India is the Pro-Chancellor of the University.

Applications are invited for the position of Technical Assistant (1) under CSIR Project and Project Assistant (1) under DST-Purse Project, University of Delhi, Delhi-110 007.

Principal Investigator : Dr. Pratibha Mehta Luthra

Eligibility : M.Sc. degree in Biotechnology / Bioinformatics with minimum 55% marks. Additionally, background or Pharmacology, Biochemistry and Molecular Biology will be preferred.

CSIR project is till July 2013 and the position of Technical Assistant is initially for a period of one year at the consolidated salary of Rs. 8,000/- pm and is extendable, Project Assistant under DST-Purse project, University of Delhi is till 31st March 2012 at the consolidated salary of Rs. 10,000/- pm.
