Job Description:
Allocate different products to different team members.
Review the literature alert patents/applications and respond to the PDTs with proper conclusions.
Coordinate for process clearances at various stages viz., Clearance 1, Clearance 2 and Clearance 3.
Review clearance reports prepared by the team members.
Review the internal patent evaluation reports.
Discuss with the attorneys about key patents/applications by providing the sufficient information to analyze the issue.
Ensure proper assessment of patents by the team members.
Ensure timely response to the queries raised by the marketing team for clarity on certain patents.
Review short listed patents/applications and do thorough analysis of key pertinent patents/applications.

Candidate Profile:
Support DQA, RA and CEOs for any IPM related queries.
Solve IP related issues even after the launch of the product.
Coordinate with the team to generate own IPRs.
Help the product selection team during product selection.
Ensure timely response to IP related FDA queries.
Develop PPA (preliminary patent assessment) report, which gives all patent landscape and given to PM of PDT.
Help the PDTs develop the strategy in consultation with PM and IPM head.
