Job Description: Candidate should be B.Pharm/M. Pharm with MBA- Marketing with 1-4 years experience in managing brands above 10 crs. in a reputed pharma company. Should have experience of managing brands in the therapy areas of Cough & Cold, Ophthal, Gynae, etc. with exposure to new product launch, designing & implementing effectively marketing strategies, preparing cycle plans, developing creative promo inputs, training field staff, and generally steering brands to success.

Shall be responsible for formulating & implementing the marketing / brand management strategies & leading a team of PE/PMs towards achieving the GOALS of the organization. He shall also be responsible for formulating divisional marketing plans, strategy development, monitoring & review of brands, Provide overall directions to develop new markets and strengthen the existing onesS coordination with Sales Head.
