Job Description:
Handle day to day operations of central lab.
Co-ordinate with R&D related to SOPs and Specifications.
Co-ordinate with units to get quality related data/Collate and look for deviation in process.
Organise audits at depots and CFA to understand storage conditionsand quality status of products.
Plan/ Organise and conduct audits at units / Collate findings and discuss with operations to work out corrective action plans to close the issues.
Co-ordinate with R&D and unit for smooth transfer of technology.
Share collated unit quality data with R&D for change / Modificationin process/SOP/Specification.
Conduct technical training to quality personnel at unit to build capability.
prepare manuals and SOP''s for new startup / existing units as required to meet quality norms.
