Integrated Phd in Pharma Field,

I have just started my career in clinical research, and I am into Oncology, and I have interested to do Phd in pharmacology or clinical pharmacology.

Please Guide me is there any Integrated Phd program in India in Pharmacology or Clinical Pharmacology. As well as Which is better to go with Clinical Pharmacology or pharmacology.
