What is right?

Hello sir, I did my M. Pharma in Pharmaceutical Management & Drug Regulatory Affairs. presently i am asst. Professor in Pharmaceutical Management at management institute. My ques. is that can i do my PHD from Management institute or either i have to go through Pharmaceutical PHD what is beneficial for me? Thanks
