Qualification, Experience & exposure : Any Science graduate or Pharma graduate with PGD in Packaging Technology / MBA in Materials Management 10 years & above
CTC : Best in Industry

Key Responsabilites
• Overall responsibilities of Packaging Development for EU, ROW & Domestic Markets.
• Packaging Material Vendor evaluation & Vendor development.
• Assessment of High Speed lines for future volumes and Expansion.
• Packaging Validation activities for enhancing operational efficiency.
• Value addition through New Technology and Innovative Designs in packaging.
• Market complaint investigation & implementing CAPA.
• Change part evaluation & development for stability & commercial batches.
• Procurement of indigenous raw materials, packing material including vendor negotiation
• Ensures compliance to quality, safety & environmental standards as per cGMP & ISO
• Planning / Budgeting / Policy guidelines for purchase of RM / PM to meet production plans
• Work with QA & QC to maintain constant sully of quality packaging materials
• Managing the Artwork process & print proof approval for various dosage forms
• Vendor development & evaluation
• Work with Production planning & validation to qualify packaging equipment
• Implement latest strategy and process for achieving uninterrupted supply chain at best price and for best quality.
• Cost reduction through development of alternate suppliers and alternate materials.
• Ensure proper compliance of the Central Excise Act and Rules framed there-under and as modified from time to time.
• Track new technologies & trends in the domestic & global arena. Keep abreast of market conditions, new developments and techniques of manufacture.
